Special session

To enhance the technical program and focus on specific research topics and areas, ICICCSP 2022 will include special sessions (SS), in addition to regular ones. Special sessions can cover interdisciplinary topics of interest, or novel topics related with the theme of the conference

Proposal content:

An individual can be organizer of up to TWO Special Sessions. If you are interested to organize a special session, please send proposal by using the template and email to the Special Session Chairs, at iciccsp@sreenidhi.edu.in

1. Title of the Special Session.
2. Aim & Scope of the Session and Topics (100-200 words).
3. Special Session Organizers (names, designation, affiliation and contact emails).
4. A list of potential reviewers and their affiliations (if possible).
5. Special Session Organizers (short bios with photo).

Organization of special sessions:

• Once approved, it is the duty of the special session organizers to publicize it among researchers and practitioners in the field and attract a sufficient number of papers.
• Papers submitted to special sessions will undergo the same review process as regular papers. During the review process, special session organizers may be requested to assign the reviewers

Successful SS:

A minimum of 7 accepted papers with authors from at least 3 independent institutions is required for each session. If a session has very few papers, accepted papers will be allocated to regular sessions wherever possible. The conference SS executive chairs may take necessary measures including cancellation of the respective special session.

Free Conference Registration:

The organizers of a successful Special Session will get one free registration, free accommodation and local travel facility.

Session Chairs:

When a Special Session is accepted by the conference, SS organizers will serve as Session chairs in the conference. In some extenuated circumstance, Technical Program chairs and Conference General Chairs might take up the fully control of appointing the Session Chairs in case SS organizers are unable to participate in the conference Important Dates:
